Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Front shared garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 1 mins walk. Note: Double sofa bed is for flexible sleeping arrangements only. Note: There's no lift to the property, therefore it's accessed via steps to the second floor. This makes the property unsuitable for those with mobility problems.
Note: Children should be supervised on the Juliet balcony.
